This online course examines how businesses manage the different levels of sourcing, the risks and benefits of insourcing vs outsourcing, the foundations of lean thinking, and Six Sigma methodology. Students will have the opportunity to apply this knowledge by conducting a real-world case study of a product of their choosing. This online class has optional live sessions.
