Newberry College holds current accreditation for the Nursing program through the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) - One Dupont Circle, NW, Suite 530, Washington, DC, 20036-1120 (202-887-6791); the Music Education program is accredited through the National Association of Schools of Music (NASM); and the Teacher Education programs are accredited through the Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Preparation (CAEP) and are approved to offer educator preparation programs through the South Carolina Department of Education.

Accreditation compliance reports and letters of notification of accreditation status are on file in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness.
