RIZE Program Coordinator: Bret Clark, Ph.D.
This major is offered online through a consortium of accredited colleges and universities. All CSC and ITE courses within the program are delivered by faculty employed by partner institutions in the consortium, with technology and administrative support provided by Rize Education. Courses offered through the consortium are reviewed and approved by Newberry College. Students register through Newberry College and receive academic credit from Newberry College.
Program Learning Outcomes:
1. The student will display critical thinking and problem-solving skills in relation to a wide range of Information Technology challenges.
2. The student will understand and be able to meaningfully interact with the technological systems of an organization.
3. The student will display the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
4. The student will be prepared to adapt to the ever-changing world of Information Technology.
