So far, you’ve learned how to solve problems as they occur, and how to address the various components that make up an organization’s IT ecosystem. Through an internship experience, this course will put it all together. You’ll learn how to solve systemic problems across all layers of an organization and guide transformational change. By the end of this course, not only will you know how to solve IT problems as they arise, you’ll be able to prevent those problems from happening in the future.
