This course explores leadership through the lens of service and personal development. Drawing on leadership insights from Scripture, modern business leaders, and athletic coaches, students examine the principles of servant leadership and how they apply in academic, professional, and community settings. The course emphasizes self-awareness, ethical leadership, and the development of strong interpersonal relationships while exploring how leaders can support and develop others. Through reflection and community-based engagement, students consider how leadership can be used to strengthen communities and positively influence those around them.
