An introduction to the theory and practice of negotiation as a process of creating agreements between interdependent parties. This course examines the structure, strategy, and psychology of negotiation across a variety of personal and professional contexts. Students will explore key concepts such as bargaining strategy, conflict management, communication, and decision-making while developing practical skills through experiential exercises and simulated negotiations. Emphasis is placed on applying negotiation principles to achieve effective, ethical, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
