Program Learning Outcomes:
1. Design, evaluate, and refine a shared institutional vision for efficient operation and continuous improvement that aligns with national leadership standards and advances student success for all learners.
2. Analyze, evaluate, and apply ethical, legal, and professional standards to complex decision-making processes that ensure safe, equitable, and compliant institutional environments.
3. Critique, design, and lead equitable and culturally responsive organizations by addressing systematic barriers, advancing inclusive practices, and cultivating a culture of respect and belonging for all stakeholders.
4. Analyze, synthesize, and apply data-informed and research-based practices to improve teaching, learning, and organizational effectiveness, including designing action research and evidence-based improvement initiatives.
5. Evaluate, design, and implement effective instructional, organizational, and collaborative leadership practices by advancing curriculum, assessment, human capital development, family and community engagement, and operational systems to improve overall performance.
6. Evaluate, select, and implement technology leadership practices by leveraging digital tools to support instruction, analyze data, communicate with stakeholders, and promote and model equitable access, ethical use, and continuous institutional improvement.
