EDU 528: Dynamic Operations in Higher Education

This course analyzes the complex and evolving operational functions that enable colleges and universities to achieve their institutional mission and strategic objectives. Students will investigate the interconnected systems and processes that drive higher education operations, including enrollment management, academic and student support services, technology integration, human resources, compliance, risk management, and organizational communication. The curriculum emphasizes adaptive leadership, operational efficiency, cross-divisional collaboration, and data-informed decision-making in dynamic higher education environments. Students will develop the leadership and management competencies essential for addressing operational challenges, facilitating organizational change, and advancing instructional effectiveness and student success.
