Program Learning Outcomes:
1. Understanding of business terms and strategies: Students will demonstrate a clear understanding of fundamental accounting terminology, concepts, and strategies and apply them effectively in organizational contexts.
2. A comprehensive understanding of the field of accounting: Students will exhibit a comprehensive understanding of core business disciplines, including management, marketing, accounting, finance, operations, business law, and ethics and demonstrate the ability to integrate these functions in solving complex organizational challenges.
3. Knowledge of where business fits in our overall society: Students will be able to demonstrate collaborative skills by effectively working in groups, managing conflict, and contributing to collective goals in diverse and multicultural business settings while applying strong time management practices to meet deadlines and achieve organizational objectives efficiently.
4. Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve problems within the firm: Students will demonstrate an ability to apply critical thinking skills to identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems using appropriate data, analytical frameworks, and ethical judgment.
