A continuation of the study of leadership and the leadership skills of effective teachers. Emphasis is placed on professional growth, innovative teaching practices, reflection, collaboration, and preparation for the clinical teaching experience through the development of knowledge, skills, and professional dispositions. Service-learning hours are required and documented.
