A portion of this major is offered online through a consortium of accredited colleges and universities. Nutrition courses (NTR) are delivered by faculty employed by partner institutions in the consortium, with technology and administrative support provided by Rize Education. Courses offered through the consortium are reviewed and approved by Newberry College. Students register through Newberry College and receive academic credit from Newberry College.
